We all like a little extra money each month. If you are like me you would enjoy Mylot even if they didn't pay us. I have been on this site for Mylot. Off and on. I left for awhile when they quit paying because my time had to spend on a site that payed me. I am retired and on SSDI so every little bit extra I can make means a lot. I am helping my daughter raise her son and he is a big 14 year old.
I have thought about ways to bring the bank up on here and have compiled some ideas. Hope they are of some help to you.
1. Commit. Any good needs a commitment. Commitment consistently is the trick here. Even if it is an hour, one half hour morning and night. The consistency of that will raise the bank.
2. Goals. Another way to get the bank going upward is to set a goal. Work here daily and make a certain amount each day. After you have gotten used to the site and the people a goal can be an easy way to go.
3. Practice your typing. Are you a plucker or a actual typist that puts their fingers down on certain letters , has them memorized so you can type well? The better you are at typing the better chance you have of making more each day. This has to do with responding to comments made on your posts or responding to others. The quicker you are the more you can do and the sooner you are done and can write and post some of your own. You can Google for 'free typing practice' and get a lot of help there.
4. Post interesting posts. After you have been here a few months you will probably have a following and friend's list. Those people can make you or break you. Watch what they post and read about their interests and lifestyles. Then post something of interest to those people. Makes sense?
5. Getting 'In The Zone'. Believe in yourself. Combining all of the above and, in a while you will enter that zone and can get more and more done each day you come here.

have a avatar, dont change it often, find active people, follow them, comment on their stuff, write a couple of interesting posts a day, ten to one they will follow you back and talk back. Add images to your posts, etc.
