I don't. I can have them once in a while, but i prefer medium spiced food over it. How do you manage...you cook both kinds daily?

I do not like spicy food as it could be harmful to our body. It does not suit me also. I would prefer a simple food.

I think that I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to spicy. I even have gum that I can't chew because it is so spicy!!
