I just saw B&H Photo posted an article on black & white photography and had #MonochromeMonday in the tweet. I had not seen this hashtag before and decided to contribute to the conversation. If I remember (big "if") I will do this every Monday and then add it to a discussion here. If you like it, let me know. If you want to get something like that started here, maybe everyone can use the tag "MonochromeMonday" and we can all share.

Oh that sounds like fun, I have many black and white photos. I don't think mine are any where near as lovely as this one but I do try. I prefer macro photography but again I'm just a retired housewife having fun with my cameras.

@WanderPhotog Vince had a darkroom he could set up in the laundry. I think he has got rid of most of his gear now.

Thanks, Judy. Yes, some images really come to life in black & white. I really love it; miss the days of shooting black & white and then going to the darkroom.
