Not giving the rightchange

This guy came in and got $20.30 of cellphone chargers. If you are 5 it even 10 eents I'd be like don't worry This guy stood and stared. He goes I only have $20. He goes well I'll have to go to my truck and get change. He comes back and shorts me 5 cents. I thought wow.

Did he get the chargers eventually? I would tell him to get something cheaper if he can't afford it, or pay with a card!

i see this a lot out here, but theres a good reason, the people it happens to are from mexico and they are still getting the hang of the exchange rate and the value of american currency. i have no idea how the peso in mexico works, so im sympathetic to them.

We do have spare in a slot that we can put in but most are decent about it.
