TBBT premiered in 2007 and is in its tenth season now. In 2014 the main actors, Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki and Kaley Cuoco signed a three-season deals with a salary of $1 million per episode. In February 2017 it was reported on Entertainment.com(from Variety) that the original cast of TBBT took pay cuts to help fellow actors Melissa Rauch and Mayim Bialik get raises in the two-season renewal. They did this while the actors were still in the negotiation of new contracts. The two are now getting in the $200,000 range and with the $100,000 less from the five original stars that would put them at about $450,000 per episode for the upcoming 11 and 12 seasons. Executive producer, Bill Prady, has written on his Facebook account that the deal for two more season is already done. Jim Parsons won the 2017 Screen Actors Guild Award for his performance in the movie Hidden Figures. Simon Helberg was nominated for his performance in the film Florence Foster Jenkins this year as well.
