A post made me think about the death penalty.

And no, I´m against death penalty. But I´m for inmates working to give what they earn to the families that they destroyed.
I´m for good prisons and education even for people who are for life.
I am not for parole, no matter how well they behave. I don´t believe that people really change.
What are your ideas about this?

@LadyDuck Sometimes when I hear about that I just want them to be tortured. But later, I come into my senses and say to myself that there should be good prisons from where they cannot escape.

@marguicha Those who torture children and women, abuse of them and kill them after inflicting terrible pains. They do not deserve to live, even because if they escape they will start over and kill more.

@marguicha And what if they escape and torture and kill others? Last year one evaded from an Italian prison and he threw acid on his ex-fiancee who is now disfigured at the age of 26. If they killed him the poor girl would be able to enjoy life. For her life has no more sense.

Me for myself I am against it being carried out.
Its a very complicated issue and there are strong views about it all.
But again without going into it much as I feel really deeply about it I am totally against it.

I think that there are some very bad people that do not deserve freedom. But they should be put to work to pay the society and those they hurt. I don´t think prisons should be hotels.

No doubt about it there are some very bad people around.
I think that it will take time a long long time for all those problems of those people who are n Prison to get worked out.

I have seen more poverty in the US many times than in the so called 3rd world countries. Which are, for you, 3rd world countries?
