Coloring books. New masterpiece

Well, I'm back to my coloring books. I found out today that several of my friends like to color. I like it even better now that I found some fine tip gel pens. It's so much easier with these pens because I can neatly color even the smallest designs on the page.
I also went to Ollies last week and purchased some new coloring books. I got I one with peacocks which I am finding to be rather difficult. The other one has cats which I really like
Do you like to color? Try these fine tip gel pens and you will like it even better.
Here's one of my masterpieces. I will attach others that I've done this past week to my next few posts.

I have been thinking about getting Gel Pens to color with. what brand did you get and where did you get them?
I have several coloring books I don't color in because the space to color in is so very tiny,

@IreneVincent Thanks for all the tips. I have plenty of coloring books now, several of which are one sided. I will get another piece of paper to put under each page as I color though.

The brand is Sharpie and I got them on sale at Staples. I had the regular tipped gel pens but I absolutely love these with the fine tip. Also if you get a coloring book and you plan to use gel pens, be sure to get the type of coloring book that DOES NOT HAVE pictures to color on both sides of the page because the ink bleeds through to the other side and will ruin the other picture..
And be sure to put something under what you are coloring for the same reason.. I usually use an old magazine or newspaper.

My granddaughter loves those gel pens. I don't color but I can see why you enjoy it. Pretty picture!

Thanks. I enjoy coloring but I do it while I'm watching the evening news or sometimes a movie. I like to do both at the same time.

Nice picture. I like coloring as well I am looking for a nice set of gel pens to get myself. I also need to get some more coloring books.

@IreneVincent Yeah I don't like the ones that are sided on both sides. So far I like to color flowers looking for other things to color as well.

Sharpies gel pens with a FINE TIP are the best to color with. But, you need one-sided pictures, because the ink will bleed through and ruin the picture on the other side. So, if you are purchasing coloring books, get the kind with one-sided pictures.

That's a very nice BEE. I haven't seen a bee like that in any of my coloring books. Lots of butterflies though.
