I do like the American Second Hand Store Mania chain in Sofia, Bulgaria. There we could buy clothes at very low prices. Today I found in my post box Mania flyer that invites us to shop at -30 % discount modern second hand clothes. We are informed that such mania is available in America too. There are absolutely new clothes, prestigious trademarks, fashion items etc. I like shopping there!

You could buy some goods from similar stores online too. As I know there are such stores online.
