Taking A Break

I have been knitting shawls since the first of the year and have made at least seven of them. I thought I would take a break from that for a little while and use my hand and arm muscles differently. Earlier this week I started crocheting coasters with leftover yarn. I have made about twenty of those and one dish cloth. It's good to take a break from one yarn skill and do a different yarn skill for a little while.

Yes. That is the idea of it. I already have nerve and tendon problems and don't need to add to it too much.

@bluerubymoon53 I have a problem to my right shoulder and I know that I should not do the same thing for hours, not even stay at the computer and type all the time.

@LadyDuck I know what you mean about sitting at computer for hours at a time. It can create a problem or make a problem worse.
