As long as I can remember my mother has made tapioca pudding.
Tonight she made some as after we sat down to eat it and she said, "This is lumpy"
I looked at her and I looked at her.

isn't it supposed to be lumpy, it has been for all the years she has made it.

Your mother seems to be a good hand at making tapioca pudding,however sounds as if her words had a hidden meaning as she said"This is lumpy".
