Etihad airlines is horrible the ground staff were not nice nor the flight staff

I just tried Etihad airlines in Abu dhabi and the staff are not respectful, not sure why, she just throw the bags and talk to us as if we are here kids not guests, what is that?
I never faced bad experience with airlines as this experience and sure will be the last trial for etihad airlines, there are many that care about their guests, I hope this etihad airline review is going to help others too, in finding good airlines to enjoy your trips

Maybe they're having a bad day
My dad is the fussiest person imaginable and he will only fly Etihad.
Uses them at least twice a month going to Abu Dhabi and Dubai as my step sister and brother live in those places.
He also did an everest sightseeing tour with etihad last year.
As yet he has no complaints which is a miracle
