Life Is To Short To Be Unhappy All The Time

Don't you agree? I hate when I run into someone and every time that I see them they are always unhappy. Always gloomy and complaining. Never have anything good to say.
I know these type of people even on Facebook. Look at their wall and it is all Gloom and Doom. They are always only sharing when they are at the Doctors or sick with the Flu, Cold etc. Otherwise no peep from them and you wonder if they are ever Happy.
Read this on Facebook and could not agree more.
There comes a time in everyone’s life
When you have to let go of all the pointless drama
And the people who create it
And Surround yourself with people who make you laugh
So hard that you forget the bad
And focus solely on the Good
Life is too short to be anything but Happy

You are right, and from at least two different angles. Too many people have somehow developed unrealistic expectations of what virtually anything should be and are unhappy and disappointed that life's reality doesn't meet their expectations, and way too many people don't care enough about anybody's happiness but their own. When people recognize life is messy and dirty, and that most people are merely trying to remain sane in a crazy world, they'll find a bit more balance. Further, doing a little for someone else goes so far in helping oneself. You don't have to donate a kidney, but doing little things with genuine intent goes far.

Agree.
There are people like that and no matter how happy you are they just won´t be happy.
I could be very sad today and I am still a bit but now its gone and its not worht fretting about.

Oh yes, I agree. I have to think of a former colleague of mine at once. When we meet and he asks me how I am, I always say fine even if it isn't true. He only asks so that I have to ask him back and he can start complaining. And the way he looks! The corners of his mouth are always turned down. I'm sure that milk becomes acid when he enters a room.

Very much so. I don't go on FB. It's much too much for me - in just about every way.
