Give us your personal information online and we'll send you free samples! Free! Free! Free!
Get a fourth cell phone Free! Free! Free! Free!
Every time I turn around I see something Free! I'm not fooled into giving out my personal info anymore to 'get free samples'. I learned once you begin doing that ... your information goes to them ... guess what? You don't get a thing ... not one thing at all. I know 'once in a great while' a free sample might come ... but it's not worth the trouble.
Free! cellphones. Not ... I haven't seen a Free! cellphone. The last Free! cell phone we got ... we make payments on it every month. How did we fall for that?
When I see Free! I instantly go on the alert ... I don't trust anything Free! ... do you? One way or other ... I think we end up paying for something.

I don't either. Online trick and scam. In the mall, I also don't easily give out my information. One time I was given a brochure while walking, when I accepted it, the associate grabbed me and said fill up the form for a chance to win. I returned the brochure and said thank you and I am running late.

There are so many situations like this that get people in a situation like you mention. It is not okay, but it really happens to many @GrannyGee

I don't trust because most so-called freebies come with a high shipping and handling fee,
