Beauty and the Beast!

Last night hubby and I brought 3 of the kids to the movies to see the new Beauty and the Beast.. We went to a new type of movie theater that recently opened nearby. Upon entering the theater you're handed a menu. They serve burgers, sandwiches, chicken, beer, cocktails.. all sorts of stuff. You have a small tray at your seat, and there's a button on your tray. When you're ready to order you press the button. We got some popcorn as well as dinner. The kids had burgers, I had chicken chipotle sliders, hubby had a chicken parm sandwich. They bring your food to you right in your seat. You can also order desserts. At the end of the movie they bring your food bill. Tickets for the movie are paid for separately. The food costs are fairly similar to eating out at any restaurant. The tickets were a bit more expensive than a typical movie theater.. The seats recline, so that was a bonus! I spent a lot of money on seeing this movie, but it was our first time at this theater, so a brand new experience for us. The only thing I didn't like was that we were stuck in the front row as the rest of the theater had sold out before we bought our tickets... it wasn't easy viewing this large screen from the front row.. But still it was a fun experience.. And an amazing movie! I loved it! (I also loved the original cartoon version). It stays really close to the original plot line of the cartoon, only it adds a few extra details that weren't in the cartoon.. We had a great night.. but we got home late and we're really tired!
