Hello everyone, I know big shocker to find me here again. But I'm not working this weekend. This past week I covered the big storm so I got to sleep in and guess what... Here's another photo for you.
I'm making Cheesy Baked Potatoes and Bacon in the slow cooker. It's really easy and I'm just using what I already have in the house. This will be a nice meal and I thought about making biscuits too with gravy. What do you think? Yes No...
Just added it a little while ago so it will be done around 2:30 p.m.

Potatoes aren't as bad as you think. No fat, No sodium or cholesterol. And one medium potato can give you half your daily dose of vitamin C. Just one potato! And here's another fact you might not know. But a potato has more potassium than a banana. Let's not forget it's a great source of Vitamin 6 and you want fiber, here it is along with antioxidants and magnesium too. I potato might seem heavy because of its weight but the truth is it packs a mighty healthy punch your body eats right up.

That will make a tasty meal. I miss eating potatoes and normal bacon. I don't eat normal bacon because my boyfriend is allergic to pork. So, no pork products come in the house. I don't eat potatoes, due to being a diabetic and I must avoid sugar. So, please eat an extra helping for me.

I need to be working, I have to go over Hallsville city counsel meeting notes and turn it into a short blurb, I swear I will go do it soon. I just keep putting it off. I write a few pieces, on a volunteer basis, for the local paper.
