Everyone can be replaced. Machines are replacing humans in the USA on a regular basis.

In fact it is a very complicated question. There will be always different discriminations when you look for a job. Some employers want to hire the people who are young, experienced, unmarried, hard-working, good looking, good education etc. but they can accept over time work and less salary. And this is why sometimes both sides are hard to meet each others' requirements.
