This is how the Filipinos walk down the hill.. ;)

Last March 2016, Greg and I decided to climb the Lignon Hill to take a good look at the city of Legazpi and to be closer to the Mayon Volcano..
It took us about 40 minutes to reach the top only because we took our time looking at the trees and wild flowers growing on the sides of the road.. And on the way up, we came across a couple of people tidying up making sure that the road going up is looking immaculate..
Every few meters, there is a reminder that someone from more than 2000 years ago, died to save the world ..
Anyway, on the way down, i found it easier to run a little from side to side spread your arms and do as butterflies do..
.. and enjoy the company of the butterflies .. as demonstrated on the 30 seconds video Greg took of me .. heheh!!

@epiffanie But you were able to made it to the top, just walking? Wow, you are both good still in walking up the hill. 
Indeed, it is easier when going down. You can actually run down but that is risky because you might not be able to control yourself from running fast and stumble.
At least, the way you walked is easier and a sure thing that you will not stumble.

Yes we did walk going up and it was a little tiring .. but going down was fun .. I mad Greg laugh a lot .. heheh!

The Bicol region is a place I've never been yet.it looks pretty. It's more fun to walk downhill than uphill.

Good thing you did not go tumbling down like Jill, Ms. Bess hehehe! Going a steep downhill course is indeed a tricky thing to do and strains your toes because your feet are pushed against the front of your shoes.
