He went to check it out and then backed up real quick then sat staring at the place I killed it for 3-4 minutes

Yikes! That thing's HUGE! I don't think the hoomin would be getting any sleep, either, if that hoomin were me! Hope you figure out how they're getting in and fix the issue so those things aren't scaring the cat anymore (or the hoomin)

ugh i hate those things.thankfully they're rare around here.
my dad hated them so much,he slammed one with a phone book and it took me a month to find the other half of it..

@JolietJake .....I once stayed all night with one eye open watching a spider on the ceiling I couldn't reach. My granddaughter came over the next day and was my hero. Killed with a Kleenex. I was so proud.
