About ten years ago I was renting a basement apartment for myself and my child. And because of her having an unlawful apartment and turning off my electric because I refused to pay one of her old utility bills I was told I should move out of the apartment or they would start procedures to take my child.. She took me to court because I did not give her 30 days notice before moving. The judge asked her for the utility bill that I owed and she did not have it and I did have the copies tho of the threatening emails that she had sent me. And the judge threw it out of court But I was not told that she could take me back to court as many times as she wanted. And she did, but I never got any of the sopinas because she had them sent to the wrong addresses. Finally the eighth time the judge put a judgement against me! Almost 10 years have gone by and all of the sudden my bank account has been froze. I have tried to call this person and he never answers me. Come to find out she sold the judgement to a man that had my account froze I was told that even if I change accounts and banks it does not matter. It will go by my social security number. Therefore I will never have a bank account any form of credit or anything.
