Alright I promise I will not give you the pound by pound play by play but I wanted to share this amazing milestone! For me. The last 2.5 years I started working at a sedentary job and quit going to the gym and gained 30 pounds. Yikes. I am working to correct it, and have been for the past couple of months with working out most days of the week for an hour. Mainly cardio but working on adding in some weight training here and there also.
It felt like I was plateatuing at 15 pound loss a week or so ago but after not weighing myself for about a week - I hit the 20 lb loss on the dot! Yahoo! Now just 10 more to go to reach that weight I started my job with. Even after that I am going to continue to go to the gym or maybe cut down to 5 days per week instead of 7. Working out just makes me feel good! And the continuedalbeit slow loss is a good motivator.
What keeps you motivated with your fitness? Do you have a regiment you stick to? Any goals? Happy Friday all!

Congrats on the weight loss. Its hard to take the weight off and keep it off. I struggle with it every day. I walk several times a week with friends. Also have a treadmill and spend time on it while watching television.

Wow! Thats great! Feeling light is so much better. I'm still far away from my goal because I was busy for a month but now that I'm free I could concentrate getting more pounds off.

Amazing! Exercise is really a great idea for losing weight. I would advise thou that you manage your food intake since there might come a time that you might lose your motivation in going to the gym and your body's metabolism will start to slow down causing you to gain weight. There are a lot of people I know who gained double the weight they lost after stopping the gym. But keep the motivation going and you will get there.

Good for you. Your hard work and determination are paying off or shedding so to speak.
