Working on Cassandra NoSql Database on Windows?

Hi, Has anyone of you worked on Cassandra NoSql database on Windows? I have started reading about it, but will start practice after some time. If anyone has worked, they could share their experience(s) and I can figure out how to work in a good manner on it.

No I have never worked on Apache Cassandra NoSQL, I let my husband do this kind of things.
