Mom bugged me again :(

Philippines
March 31, 2017 10:20pm CST
Mom's going for an pilgrimage along with the people from the ministry from the church. And she's early because they don't want to interrupt the morning mass. Before she goes to any morning trip, she goes online and surf in face-book. Thus, bugging me again in my room. But this time It really pissed me to the point that I couldn't sleep for another two hours. There are three ways to keep her from bugging me at my room; lock it, disable the internet, or transfer the laptop. meh, probably disconnect the net in my laptop. And looks like I'm going to buy her a new one too since she's really hooked up with facebook and it's games.

I'm thinking of seriously saving her one @Jeanniemaries but not sure if I can still afford to buy the same kind of brand as it was before.

Maybe next time you could just leave the laptop in another room for her to use while the sleep so she can use it without waking you up?

She doesn't have a computer table in her room @shaggin but I'm going to put that on my plans too. I just couldn't allow her to overflow my computer with her files

one advantage of keeping the laptop in your room is it's always safe, and you can monitor the internet. maybe you can sleep elsewhere while she's using it, then go back when she's finished? would buying her a tablet be cheaper?

Not sure how she can navigate a tablet @hereandthere. I'm afraid she might loose it the way she did with her previous mobile phone.

Just buy her! If she's getting addicted with facebook she will bug you all the time.

It would be nice for you to get her one for Mother's Day. I got mine at Target. That was not good for her to wake you this morning.

I think it is a good thing. She is willing to upgrade herself in modern gadgets. My mother refused to learn new things.
