They don't always go the way you plan....

...plans, that is. I called one of my neighbors to ask if he had the time to take me to the bank and the post office. I called both his cell number and his home phone, and he didn't answer either. I saw his truck in the drive way when I was walking Angel, but maybe he left before I called and didn't see it? Then I called another neighbor to see if she was going to Costco anytime soon, and she said she had just been. She then asked if I needed to get my medication, and I said yes, and she said she was waiting on her daughter to drop off her dog. She asked me to call and see if it was ready, then to call her back. So I called and got the little computer voice that said, "This prescription is being filled by the pharmacy". Which of course means it's not ready. So I called her back and told her, and she said she'd call again this afternoon, and I would call Costco again to see if it was ready then. After I got to thinking about it, I think I may have jumped the gun and it probably won't even be ready today. Oh, well. It's not like I don't have things I need to do at home...
