Some call them paper flowers

I am referring to bougainvillea. They are showing off now at Solitaire. We have many colours and of them this particular variety that looks like paper, we have them in 4 colours - light pink, dark pink, red and peach. I like the pink that you see here. What's dominating your garden?

@allknowing Normal, but not many flowers. The most hardy flowers are still in bloom. Gazanias and geranium bloom all year in this part of the world.

@marguicha And just because they bloom so easily I am sure you will not notice them just as we do here with hibiscus.

We don't have that kind of flowers in our garden here. Still too cold to see our flowers, it will take a while.

It looks like the hydrangea. We don't have like this in the city. It is more abundant in the countryside.

@Shavkat They are hardy and so any weather should suit them except may be when here is snow

They do look like paper, don't they? The crepe mytle is another one that looks like paper too.

The only disadvantage with this variety is that they do not drop but die on the tree
