Yesterday I was telling Leticia about mousses. I used to do a lot of mousses for company. They looked elegant and were easy to make.
Today, as I was trying to take a nap (when I try, I can´t), I visialised not a mousse as a starter, but as a dessert.
So, as I could not sleep, I got eggs, cleaned again the plasttic mousse devise, checked if I had the rest of the ingredients before I cracked the eggs and began to get a coffee mousse going.
Tomorrow I will ask Leticia to make a sauce with the yolks and I will make the bigger part of it with rum (for Humberto, his cousin and I) and some for Dixie with no rum.
The mousse is in the fridge and I will check on more things to do tomorrow.

@amadeo Desserts here are in or out for a time. Now, as there are lots of peruvian immigrans here, you can get a suspiro limeño dessert everywhare. Other dessert you just don´t find anymore. I have been looking for ages for crepres Suzette in elegant restaurants.

Nope don´t care much for planes it would have to ba Taxi.
A Taxi Driver is nice to talk to on the way as well.

The mousse is a fluffy dessert that you make with very well beaten egg whites. It depends on what you want what you add. I made a coffee mousse, but you can make a chocolate one or a berry one.
