It is time to change the soil

The indoor plants are getting dark spots on their leaves. especially the palm tree. The lucky bamboo is having some leaves dead. I noticed today. I am giving water regularly. Not more ..not less..but as per the room temperature. I am maintaining the moisture perfectly. In spite of this, the leaves are getting dried. I am unable to understand. Before that, I want to change the soil in the pots. So, by changing the soil they get the supply of all ingredients in proportions. I am going with all my 5 pots.to get the soil changed with fertilizer soil;
