I seldom donate online, but there are still some exceptions. I donated to a VPN webmaster several times before because I wanted to thank him to provide the VPN service for free for a long time. I felt better to donate a little money as my support. Tonight I donated to another webmaster because he has the surgery again. I hope he will get well soon. Although it is not much, but it can be a big amount if there will be more users donate money.

I am very careful donating online, but I donate to Wikipedia every year.

@LadyDuck I don't know that it is non profit organization. This is a good website and I occasionally will use it.

@youless They are a non profit organization and they ask for donations every year. I think that Wikipedia is important and most of the Internet users use this site, but only a few donate to keep the site alive.

I think it is fine to donate something for the needy. But I haven't tried it yet. I prefer to be a volunteer and give my service for free.

I remember donating online several years ago. It was also a small amount. I guess it was $2 every week. But I had stopped.
