They call that lack of sleep. I really want to get my book finished, but I've had almost no time to work on it. I'm still making headway however. Today it will be late before I get to it as I had another hammer thrown into the cogs. This past week my car has been coughing and sputtering, stalling and stopping while driving. Yeah, not good. My son was over yesterday for supper and had an opportunity to see just how she was acting and told me to take it in and get it checked. So with 3.5 hours of sleep last night I was up at 3:45 and got ready to go to the pool. I gave the car a good few minutes to work the kinks out and was able to get to the pool and immediately afterwards took the car to the shop. I made an appointment for 7:30 this morning yesterday when my son was with me and he was able to tell the shop the trouble it was having. It was a faulty fuel line - gas leak, as well as really clogged fuel filter. I was in the shop for only an hour and a half, which wasn't bad. The cost wasn't bad either, so that was good. With so little sleep, I came home and went right back to bed for another couple hours of sleep and am feeling more awake than I was at the shop, where I kept dozing waiting for the car. I did have a good workout at the pool though, so that was good. The car is working like a champ now. No more problems with it I hope. I don't think there's anything left that hasn't been worked on in the last two years. I'm here for another half hour and then I'm out the door again for the chiropractor. That's going very well. I don't expect that will be a long appointment, so I should be able to get back here and start work on my book again. I'm still looking at two chapters left and Easter is fast approaching. How is your day going? Thanks for reading.

Too much today. It was supposed to be just a nice quiet day with just the chiropractic appointment. Oh well, life never works that way.

The last time it went into the shop it was a two day affair, so I'm very happy it was something easy to fix. I'm glad you're having a nice quiet day.

@fishtiger58 It's still too cold to have the heater go out, so I hope he gets his pension check soon so you can get it fixed. It is never ending.

Oh that's great your car is working fine now. It gives so much trouble when the cars act this way, we had a service in last months and it's working smooth

There comes a point where you just throw good money after bad fixing problem after problem. You might need a new car soon.

I was thinking about it, but all the parts I've put on this are now lifetime or five year warranty. I think I'll hang onto it a little while to get my money's worth out of all the repair work I've done in the past year.
