Superman returns to the season two finale of Supergirl

Tyler Hoechlin who is the actor that plays the role of Superman will return to the CW Network show "Supergirl" in the season two finale.
Superman appeared on the first show of the second season of "Supergirl" before he returned back to Metropolis since according to the writers of the show, Supergirl is the headline performer on the C W Network.
The story in the C W version of Supergirl is that she was sent to Earth to watch over her cousin instead of the D C Comics version when Superman found his cousin in other space in a block of ice.
Of course Superman could not co-exist with Supergirl on the C W Network since Superman is busy making movies with the Justice League if he is not battling Batman in the movie Batman vs Superman: Dawn Of Justice.

The fun is going to begin when Supergirl's sister get jealous that Supergirl will spend time with her cousin instead of her.

I watched the first season of Supergirl at first I liked it, but the more I watched the more I found it annoying.

The show lost its luster in season two with the addition of the other heroes. It looked like a Justice League show and not Supergirl.

That is a good question since I have only seen him as Superman on the show assisting his cousin.
