United Airlines is one of the worst airlines

Here when we complain about an airline, usually it is because of the unsavory food and the delays. But after watching the video of how the passenger was forced to leave the UA plane, other issues are just nothing. And hard to believe that this is not the only one case. Many people have the bad experience to United Airlines.

I am glad there has been so much publicity about it. Perhaps it will make them change their plans.

They should offer better since they sell so many overbooked tickets.

They should sack the CEO. He is the one promoting such a hate culture in the company. As long as the passengers have paid for the seat, it is not right to force them out.

You are quite right. Especially all the passengers were on board.

@scheng1 Very true indeed. In fact I even don't know how they deal with the luggages because they were on board, too. And they should be picked out when the passengers left the plane. And it will take a long time.

@youless The common practice is to tell the passengers who have not boarded the plane that they will take another one, not wait till the passengers have seated themselves, then drag them off the plane.

Their airplanes crashed 16 times already so aside from having a rude staff you wont feel safe with an airline with a high crash record.

I've flown United and many other airlines. I've never had a problem. This was an unfortunate thing to happen, and I'm sure they learned there lesson.

We don't have a very long holiday and this is why we have to choose the flight because it saves time.

Better you did not blame Mr. Trump or U.S for that. Many people are doing this? One moe point is that they have already requested and expected some people to vacate voluntarily. Finally they had to pick up voluntarily. When one of them has refused where is the point of listening. Just dragged them out. We do not know the circumstances under what circumstances they did so. Earlier also they have done like this as you said. Then why people are crying now and making an issue out of the incident. Even the media is making a hue and cry.

Unfair treatment is available anywhere. In this case I am not sure whether it relates to racism. But I heard that the truth is this plane didn't overbook. There are exactly 70 seats for 70 passengers. Due to four UA staff wanted to get on board to this flight and therefore it needed four empty seats. And one is this unlucky man. This didn't make a sense because all the passengers were all on board. Why not these four UA staffs took another plane? And from the news tonight, other passengers in the plane said this man was polite to refuse to leave the plane because he had a patient to meet next day. I didn't know what went on later. But the fact was this man was hit to faint and he was bleeding and this is too much. He was not a criminal and no matter what it was no need to hurt him like that.
