I just made a delicious apple cobbler.

Today it is Tuesday and I have a couple of friends that visit me every Tuesday.
I did not remember to buy ham and other yummy food to go with bread when I went to the supermarket last Thursday. I was only thinking about what would I cook during Holy Week.
Now I asked myself what could I make for tea time.
I had some apples some I imagined an apple cobbler would be perfect. I did it with the help of the web and Google for the recipe and I baked ot whole we were having lunch.
As the amount was big, I stole part of it to see how it tasted. It was delicious.
I wonder: should I serve it alone or with icecream on the side? Cold or warm?

Me I love Apple Cobbler and so I would have made short work of it had I made it myself.
There would have been none left hardly for anyone.
Just kidding there would have been more than enough and very tempting to stay away from so you don´t eat anymore.

Oh, I love apple cobbler. I serve each way you mention. At first, I serve it hot with a scoop of ice cream on top, always on top. As it tastes great getting a bite of apple and vanilla bean ice cream at the same time.
