Do you use bell peppers in your dishes?

I like Bell peppers in mix veggies, pizzas, Chinese dishes. Here we commonly find green ones. They are easily available here. Yesterday I used it in mixed vegetable stew and it was tasting yummy..
Do you used bell peppers In your food? Which color is available at your place?

I have only used belle pepper in making soup but they are a bit expensive over here.

We usually grow some bell peppers to chop up and freeze. They can get so expensive in the stores.

We get red, green and yellow. I will sautee them sometimes but the other half doesn't like them very much so I don't cook them very often

Dark colored veggies like red and green peppers, blueberries, and eggplant are very healthy for us.

We prefer the peppers that are not green. Here we can get purple, yellow and orange when they are in season. They are all delicious.
