Do you think for a company / employees the uniform is important?

I think uniforms are good but it's nice if there is a bit of choice about what you can wear.

I sure like to have uniforms. The best is that the company manages the laundry service too. There are many companies who do that. The employees can go to work in T-shirts and shorts, and then they change into their uniform in the workplace. After the shift is over, they change back to their T-shirts and shoes, and just put the uniform to the bin for collection to the laundry. As long as the company bears all the cost, that is the best.

I think you can spot who works for the company when they have a uniform on.

Id rather wear my own clothes. At least jeans and a tee. But i understand the need for uniforms.

Wearing uniforms are good because you can easily identify the company where they are working or the jobs that they have. But sometimes, it feels boring, wearing the same clothes everyday.

May be they could make it 3 days in a week, like we used to wear in our college. So they don't have to get bored. Alternative days would be better I think.
