Awaken When My Mother Quacks Hard!!!

I awaken when my mother was so angry and talks so hard this morning. As the usual thing, I need to put myself together and check what's going on. When I approached her, she was really like a bull with the nose flares. I found out that she had a close confrontation with the guy. She went to the public market and waiting for a taxicab. Then, this guy was shouting at her without respect. He is a dispatcher of jeepneys and wanting my mother to go away from where she stands.
I am sure the normal reaction is to get angry when somebody is shouting at you. They had a scene on the road. She confronted the guy and that's not the way how to treat a senior citizen. I was also furious when listening to her. I let her calm down and will do something about it later. In fact, the area is not for jeepneys.
Some people are rude to senior citizens.
What are you going to do with this situation?

Very bad. People should respect elders and you should take an action on that person. Make sure that this doesn't repeat again. Maybe you could go and complain to his officer.

when i did not have that heart ailment, i would confront that person right there and then. but now that i have an ailing heart to take care of, i might as well move away. besides, i definitely won't STOOP DOWN TO HIS LEVEL.

@Shavkat definitely, Ilocanos are sweet and peace-loving people, but when we are stepped over (inaapak-apakan), then all hell breaks loose.
