I saw her again.

I saw her again. That is right. The 3 of us saw a colleague who resigned, or retired from work 3 years ago. She is in her early ‘60s, and she has the joint pains (arthritis), that made her leave her work as a part-time clinical preceptor.
Mam MT came to church to attend the last mass of the mother of our colleague, Ms. FCT. She has a very soft voice, gurgling at that, and she cannot hear well. She has a hearing aid, so every time we talk to her, we would put our lips in front of her right ear.
I asked our male colleague, Mr. AFR to take a picture of us outside the church gate. She is the one at the left.
She was the oldest clinical preceptor; now that she is retired, I am taking her place.
But I still look younger than her.

@louievill Well, if there former work was strenuous then when they retired they will be refreshed. But if its not and don't enjoy being at home then they will look and feel old.

i believe because i have my hair cut short,my friend, and now, i always wear a smile when i am outside the house. but not smiling at anybody. hahaha!

hmmm, no worries, my friend. i still want to have 4 duty days this coming semester. and being the oldest does not give me benefits at all, because i am still a part-time clinical preceptor.

thanks my friend. she is a sweet lady, but a terror clinical instructor during case presentations. with her gurgling voice, she shouts because she wants her voice heard by the students (she has soft voice).

@bluesa yes, my friend. and you know, she would shout, but her voice is soft and gurgling at that. she has asthma, that is why she controls her emotions as regards handling her students.

i believe she is already 63 years old. she is the colleague whom i mentioned in some of my previous discussions about leaving ahead when we had case presentations. she also has asthma.
maybe because she colored her hair brown, that is why she looks older or in late '60s.
