Saying something about acne

So my skin is usually clear but when my meds stop working this acne comes out of no where . Like itchy and weird shiny spots. Once my meds are back to normal it goes away. Like a 16 year old right now blotchy and oily skin.
I went to work today and the manager made a comment. Yes, I'm 28 and don't have an issue with a period anymore so I never have issues with my skin.
But who makes a comment of what wrong with you forehead. It's scabs as its so itchy but you can tell it's acne and my friend said that too.

@ricki_911 it should clear up quickly. It is not too bad but I know it sucks when it happens.

Yes, many times it clears up with age. I have no issues unless the meds atop working which is right now.
