Women as a Boss in corporate. How fair you welcome this?

Women playing multiple role as a daughter, sister ,wife, mother and also grand mother.
Housewife also always busy in taking care of her family. If you take working women as well as housewife they have more responsibility.
Men also great equally.But some men's are not ready to welcome whole heartedly women as like when compared to men as a Boss.

I don't care what gender my boss is as long as they are good at their job.
Throughout most of my working life the majority of my bosses have been women.

I worked with women bosses in the past and I found them better than male bosses.

It is very hard for women in this world because there are those that accept them working along side them or do not. Women have to prove themselves and work a lot hard to get where they want to be.
