My Legs Don't Like Meditation...

My mind is getting the hang of it okay, but I have transferred from a chair to the floor and a different part of me is complaining lol. My back seems to like it just fine, sitting against the foot board of the bed, but apparently my legs do not like the crossed position. But they will get used to it lol. I have written the discomfort down in my meditation journal so this time next month, I will go back and see if the feeling has gone away! It was 26 minutes this morning. Never thought that I would ever be able to control my thoughts for that long!!

There is no way I could have roused my legs. I just lie quietly and meditate.

Great that you have kept going with that. My legs protest sitting like that but I can do other things like one of those tree things you know where you are standing up and and your one foot is one the other leg and your arms above your head very good for balance and I do that quite good.

Well done you. Is there really any real benefit in meditating with your legs crossed? I wouldn't last five minutes.
