I all most there getting my food cart open

I am now waiting on the health inspector to inspect my food cart when that done one more step is going to the two towns that i want to work in to get the proper paper work so I can start selling my food cart I wish I can open up today on the other hand it is raining out so I would not open in the pooring rain ok that it for now
