My musical journey in it's third chapter started when I decided to become a bass player. So I got a bass as a gift (thank you mom and dad) and simply switched from 6 string lessons to bass lessons with the same instructor. While he proclaimed that he "wasn't a bassist" - he gave me a good head start and foundation. With bass I felt an instant connection. I understood what to do like I never had with guitar. I could feel it. So I came to the realization that I'm more of a bass player than a guitar player.
At tis point in time I was (and still am) a huge Led Zeppelin fan.
The fourth part of my journey would come when I joined a band for the first time.

The tough part is getting through the boring parts, which are early on when you learn .. :-)
