hot dog cart getiing inspected tuesday

Tuesday I hope the weather is nice . why?
the health inspector is going to take a look at my food cart. I think I am in OK shape to pass. What good is I do not have to fire it up. so I do not need to buy any food for him to check at this time. onces get my health inspection then I can get the town or city permits I need to open my food cart
