Brownies are in the oven!

I decided since there is no real work on the house being done today, that I needed to make brownies.
So I just finished mixing them up and put them in the oven. I am excited for some sweet goodies when they are done.
I might even make a pot of coffee to go with them. Use some of my coffee creamer as well. Mmm. Salted Caramel coffee and fudge brownies sound like a perfect afternoon pick me up. I have been dragging today, and I have a feeling that it is from lack of coffee.

I figured summer would be busier for you. Didn't you say something a few months ago about mermaid training or something? Or am I imagining things?

@thislittlepennyearns We consider our "summer season" to be from April through September. It's been so hot lately that our pools are already operating at capacity.
Yeah, we looked into offering a mermaid class, but we didn't have any of our instructors who wanted to teach the class, so we just dropped the idea.
I prefer saying Cinco de Drinko, but I've heard other people call it Drinko de Mayo. Either one fits the holiday perfectly! haha

@TiarasOceanView I do that often now. Now that I have a full kitchen to cook in. I'm thinking of making some corn bread later too! Lol, come on over.

Lucky! I love brownies. They are my favorite dessert. My boyfriend will make the fudge brownies and then put Hershey's bars across the top when they get out of the oven and then we put vanilla ice cream on top of them as well.
