Great lunch today..

Today I had awesome lunch.my mom prepared tomato-garlic gravy.I like this gravy very much.Not only me ,everybody in my family like this gravy .It will be good with rice.It also has some health benefits like Garlic mainly helps in digestion .Beyond this I had great lunch today...

Oh yes garlic do have numerous health benefits. Garlic is considered as a good antibiotic. I will have to praise your cooking skills since everyone in your family loved that dish

@Teekaaa what is not allowed is a list of ingredients and instructions. but if you're going to respond to my query by saying, for example, "we just slice several tomatoes, pound several cloves of garlic, mix them together in a bowl, then season with salt and pepper" it's okay.
