I am planning on doing private parties to
Or open houses and grand opening with my food cart .This kind of set up work like a cater does .So I get the money up front first
Say it a birthday party or pet shower
People will tell how many people will at there party then I see if they want their guess to have the combo type of meal that 2 hot dogs ,soda and chips. I have special prices for the type of parties.

Charge as much as you can.
After all it is not cheap for you to run a business.
