When I had my first job, I was a bit conscious when a staff of the company is evaluating my work. But then, I had built my confidence through the years of working with different institutions or companies.
This morning, I was having my online teaching and found out that my online student is a staff in the company. In fact, I don’t know who are these people working in the company because they don’t reveal themselves. This staff didn’t use her video camera during the class session. I had known her identity when she said it. I didn’t feel any consciousness despite being observed.
Of course, I need to stop mylotting while teaching her.lol
How about you, guys?

yes, it happened to me before. when visitors arrive with our manager, she would pause behind me to show them what i'm doing before proceeding upstairs.
how do you manage mylotting while teaching? do you have gaps/breaks in between students?

@Shavkat then they should prepare themselves for a more serious and more strict instructor.

This is how i felt in my previous job. I was working as a debt collector and at least twice per week my manager was doing a checklist of how we were talking to our customers and helping to resolve their problems. She would usually come and sit beside us and listen to a couple of calls that we made. At times I felt at ease but at other times I had to deal with difficult customets and it was a bit tricky.

It's good that you didn't feel consciousness otherwise it may have affected your work for sure. Most of the companies evaluate their employees it's a very normal thing. Yes you should not Mylot at least when you came to know that they are observing your work.

Yes. we should not feel any consciousness in such a situation. We should concentrate only on the teaching. I got a lot of experience about it. If we mind such things we will be distracted which are totally prohibited.

Of course being watched can make us conscious, I don't like if someone observe me more.
