JOB OR MARRAIGE ?

I believe nowadays job is very nescessary . You can't live in this world without money.
Recently a school teacher left her job as she got only 10 days leave for her marriage. I think it is not a good choice she made. It's ok that her would be husband is working but what is in it to leave her job?. Can marriage not be completed in 10 days?. We all know it can.
You never know what tomorrow may bring. If you are earning then you don't have to depend on others. Yes she can ask from her husband but who knows about future. Self respect matters.
Anyway it's her life. She is responsible for it.
What do you say ?

@HAPPSINGH I love my job, i love working. But when kabeer was born, taking a break was most important thing for me. So i feel it is how you feel and that leads to the decision.

@optimisticbeauty We can never tell the future. Some women need to stop working and eventually, she can still work in the future. It is a matter of choice.

It depends on the situation. Perhaps in the future, she will raise a child and the cost of day care isn't worth it in the hands of others so she prefers to be a say at home mother?

Its just a matter of choice. She leave her job because the marriage and her husband is more than her job. Job may be important but when it comes to feelings, love is more preferred over security and livelihood.

both things are equally important ... For me marriage is a part of life so we should imbibe it but in case of job if one only think about money then my option -- it's better to leave it.. For job , the purpose should be clear ... What can I provide to the society through my job, it should be the main moto beside earning

@optimisticbeauty money is a part of our life ... That should not be our purpose of our life ... If money takes the front seat in our life then ethics will move to oblivion ... Don't know I might be wrong ...

Over here, many companies give just 3 days marriage leaves.
Some companies are generous enough to give 5 days marriage leaves.
I think 10 days of marriage leave is very generous already. That school teacher probably has no passion for her job, and that is just an excuse to quit her job.

It depends upon her interest, may be she wanted it that way. Even if she quit , she can get a teacher job anywhere, if she have proper experience and talent. She is aware of it.

she shouldn't have left her job bcz of that only reason. but can't exactly say. hope she might find another job which would pay a lot.

Marriage is one time and a job is always there, her choice might not be perfect but love matters a lot. She should not have resigned however apply for a leave without pay after consuming the 10 days leave with pay.

As an adult, have the ability to support ourselves is indispensable . You can get help and support from your family members but it's unfair to rely on others totally.
I'm a man, I will support my lover and other family members , but I think women should be economic independently in case that they get problems in marrage.

Job and family both is important. ...it's difficult to choose between them. What we choose is all depends on our priority.
