The coldest day yet. / myLot

Today I told Leticia to go home early. It is so cold that even with all the heaters on I think I´m inside an igloo.

Yesterday, when I looked at the lost airtickers and vouchers, I became aware that our vacation to Aruba is getting near. Vacations are near, but also the middle of winter. I called Hector to remind them that they would be coming for tea and he told me that tomorrow it was going to be colder than today. Cherish the spring while you have it! I know all seasons are necesary, but I only like warm months

Wow it is hard for me to think of the cold right now but in your part it is freezing there. Yes it is getting warmer here, but just now, there is a very cloudy cool wind whipping up and lightning in the sky for rain. Stay warm Marguicha

@TiarasOceanView It is lovely. But we are not freezing yet. Still I have my inner thermostat wrong and I start to freeze in autumn.

I am not a fan of the very hot weather here I have just squashed a tiger mosquito and he is too squashed for me to prove it. We cannot even dream of putting the air conditioner on as the electric bill would fly away with itself.

I don´t use AC either and I must confess that in Aruba I leave the windows open although it´s forbbiden. Aruba has a mild climate although it is at the Caribbean.

@lovinangelsinstead21 I think that as in Aruba there is humidity, furniture lasts longer with the AC on and windows closed.
