Visiting his mama's grave

Our 14 year old grandson, Nathan, visited his mother's grave the day before Mother's Day. She died of a sudden heart attack when he was almost two. He's the grandson we helped our son raise for seven years when I went fom being grandma to mother. Our son's fiance took Nathan to the cemetery where they put flowers and released some balloons. Since they had to remove some flowers that were already there, Nathan put those on a few other graves that didn't have any. He came across one grave where the live flowers were wilting because they had no water. Nathan got a bottle of water from the car and as he was pouring water into the container of flowers, an older couple walked up. They were visiting the grave where Nathan was watering the flowers! What are the odds they would come up at that very moment? It meant so much to them to see a small act of kindness for their loved one. I believe that was a God-incidence. Several people were blessed that day with the reminder that God sees and cares about everyone of us.
