Anxiety and stress

So there's a lot of this going around, it's human nature to have these feelings .. so my question is how do you deal with it? Everyone has a unique way to unwind and destress , so let's here some ways you like to chill out !

I just relax. Do meditation. Read books. Gardening.

These days I am on medication to help control my anxiety. That obviously helps a lot. Working out 3x a week is great for it as well.

Medication helps me stay calm as well. Although medication is only one way out of many to stay calm, it's a key component for many people like myself.

To relax with stress I usually will listen to music, watch tv or draw. With anxiety sometimes I can't deal with it and other times I have to take medication

music is a pure and simple way to relax, however I like your idea about tv and drawing, drawing is a great way to relieve anxiety and tension, tv is a great stress relief as long as your not watching re runs lol

I used to find yoga helped me but I get so exhausted sometimes that I don't have the energy to do yoga. I then find just daydreaming or sitting quietly with my dogs is helpful.

I always rest and relax with the Beauty of Nature, listening to easy and soft music, watching good-feel movies.

relaxing with the beauty of nature is a excellent thing to do, like watch a water fall or sitting on some rock watching the waves come in and go out, very peaceful and good time to reflect on ones self :)
