What's going on the dinner table tonight? Do tell!
I'm making an herb-marinated roast pork tenderloin. I took fresh rosemary, sage, and thyme from my garden, chopped it up, and added kosher salt, ground black pepper, and extra virgin olive oil until I had a nice paste. Then I rubbed that all over the tenderloin. I'm letting it sit for awhile so the flavor gets into the meat before I roast it. To go with it I'm making jasmine rice and steamed green beans.
That's what's happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

Biscuits and gravy with roasted potatoes, onions, and different colored bell peppers. Good stuff.

Sounds like a pretty nice meal! We are having lettuce wraps. Using ramen noodles and chicken wrapped in lettuce. We normally use ham, but we have a bit of chicken and though we should use that.

I really don't feel like dealing with cooking. I am thankful my son is with his godmommy. So I think whatever I have tonight will be something real irresponsible like Chinese food or pizza..lol
